How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us first at returns@primedealdock.com with your order number and details. All returns must be authorized by Prime Deal Dock. Once your request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and instructions.

Please do not send returns directly to any manufacturing or supplier location without our authorization.

Shipping Costs for Returns: We cover return shipping only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For other returns, you will be responsible for the return postage unless otherwise specified.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened grooming tools, pet food, treats), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and final sale items. If you are unsure about your item’s eligibility, please contact us.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
European Union Customers: If you are based in the EU and your purchase qualifies under the 14-day cooling-off right, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt of the item, for any reason.  Items must still meet the condition criteria described above, and you will need proof of purchase.
