Shipping Costs for Returns: We cover return shipping only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. For other returns, you will be responsible for the return postage unless otherwise specified.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., opened grooming tools, pet food, treats), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, and final sale items. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
European Union Customers: If you are based in the EU and your purchase qualifies under the 14-day cooling-off right, you may return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must still meet the condition criteria described above, and you will need proof of purchase.
